We have fun, friendly, internal competitions. Our most recent competition was fantasy premier league football, where people had the chance to win Apple AirPods, an Echo Show 5, a Ninja Air Fryer or a bag of potatoes.

During my first 4 months here, I feel like I have been given time to develop in areas that will be beneficial to my role. I am not scared to say ‘I don’t know’, something I would dread to say with my previous organisation. I am pleased with the level of support and responsibility I have been given and I feel the team often works in synergy to complete tasks. Overall I am very happy here.

In the six months I have been here, I immediately felt part of the team, and had the appropriate support in terms of building my knowledge of the products and services. I always felt like I could turn to any member of staff to ask questions, and that level of support made me feel more at ease with both other staff members, and the material I was delivering to customers.

The company feels like it is in a good place at the moment, there’s a good flow to activities and there is good discussion around areas that can be improved. My colleagues and manager are working with me supportively, Relationship with them are very good. Overall the company performs well with clear strategies. Happy to being part of the team.

Currently, with what we have and what we are trying to achieve, I do not believe there is much more that could be done. I have worked for a number of companies over the past 45 years. Almost all have been good to very good but Sellerdeck, although not the highest payer, has been the best company I have worked for.
